On Monday, November 12th, 2018, Laurelwood Public School will host two special Remembrance Day services.

All students will attend a Remembrance Day assembly starting at 11:20 am in our gym. All parents and guests are welcome to attend this assembly. It is especially significant that we gather together, as this year marks the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI. Please join us as we pay tribute, remember and give thanks for the Freedom and Peace, that we share today as Canadians.

As well, we will be having an “Evening of Remembrance” service as well, which will be an encore presentation of the day’s assembly. This will take place at 7:00 pm in our gym on Monday, November 12th. At this presentation, only our grade 4-8 students will be performing. All are welcome to attend this presentation as well.
