Bake Sale Oct. 31

We  will be hosting a bake sale on Friday to raise money fro UNICEF.  All items will be $1. Please make sure all baked goodies are nut and  banana free.

Chinese Delegation Visits Laurelwood

On Friday, a delegation of Chinese educators from the elementary and university level, visited Laurelwood to get a glimpse of Canadian education. They were thrilled to have such eloquent and helpful tour guides.

Friday afternoon fun at Laurelwood included a Grades 7 and 8 homeroom challenge – mummy wrapping.  By the looks of things, we have some very skilled wrappers in our midst!

The large creative playground is undergoing some maintenance.  Please keep everyone safe by staying off the creative playground.  When the pylons have been removed, the maintenance will have been completed and creative play can resume.
